Terms of Service

Any models created by Sheppy Development are not to be unlocked under any circumstances.

Any models created by Sheppy Development are not to be ripped, extracted, or reverse-engineered.

Any models created by Sheppy Development are not to be altered in any way, except for liveries or textures specifically designated for customization.

Any models created by Sheppy Development are strictly prohibited from being resold, redistributed, or profited from by any means.

If the model is to be used in a community server, a link to that community's Discord or website must be provided upon purchase via ticket.

If a user is removed from Sheppy Development, all rights to use the model from Sheppy Development are immediately revoked. Use of the model/s/Assets/Purchases beyond that point is prohibited.

Sheppy Development is not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues caused to your computer or software by the use of the models.

Any chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from this Discord server, revocation of all rights to the purchased items, and a ban from other affiliated communities.

Sheppy reserves the right to revoke access to assets or purchases at any time with or without notice. By purchasing, you agree to this term.

Payment made in any way other than "Friends and Family" through PayPal will be refunded, and the buyer will be given one opportunity to resend the payment correctly. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of the order.

Possession of any leaked, stolen, or ripped models will result in a ban from Sheppy Development and all purchase permissions/rights will be voided/revoked.

Sheppy makes his vehicles/products the way he wants them. If you are unhappy with a feature or the way a product is, Sheppy is in no way is required to change or fix the issue.

By purchasing from Sheppy Development, you understand Sheppy can release any car at any time without notice. If the customer previously bought this asset before it was released, the customer is not subject to compensation or a refund in any case.

Violation of any of the above terms will result in a ban from this Discord server and potentially other related communities.

All accepted payment methods are through PayPal, Stripe, and Cashapp.

Customers are required to pay the full price of the model, including any applicable taxes and fees. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

All models are provided in a locked format to prevent unauthorized modifications.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to comply with these terms. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS.
